Cell Phones and Children

 

At TeaScape we strive to create an environment of peace and serenity. We are passionate about providing a space that anyone can come in and take a moment to just breathe. Out of respect for other patrons, disruptive people or children will politely be asked to leave. All electronic devices must be silenced and we will ask you to please step outside if a phone call needs to be made.

 

 

Cancellations

 

All of our practitioners are commission based; out of respect to them we ask at least 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment we will do our best to re-book that opening. However, if we are unable to fill your appointment there will be a 50% per appointment cancellation fee.  No call, no show is a 75% cancellation fee. 

 

 

Gratuities

 

Although not required, industry standard is 15-20% gratuities and is a lovely way to show your appreciation.

 

 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

 

All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Certificates may be used to purchase anything sold at TeaScape. If you would like to "re-gift" your certificate, you are more than welcome to use it to purchase another. All massage package sales are final and non-refundable. You are welcome to "gift" up to 2 of your 7 services, or 1 of your 4 services. Any unopened, unused product is gladly accepted for in-store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.
