Cell Phones and Children

 

At TeaScape we strive to create an environment of peace and serenity. We are passionate about providing a space that anyone can come in and take a moment to just breathe. Out of respect for other patrons, disruptive people or children will politely be asked to leave. All electronic devices must be silenced and we will ask you to please step outside if a phone call needs to be made.

Cancellations

 

TeaScape has a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. In the case that you are not able to make your appointment, please call to cancel as soon as possible. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours with notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. Any no call, no show clients will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. As our practitioners are commission-based, we feel this is a fair and competitive policy.

Gratuities

 

Although not required, the industry standard is 15-20% gratuities and is a lovely way to show your appreciation.

 

 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We do not currently offer returns on Gift Certificates or tea. Unopened/unused retail products may be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase.
