Cancellations

 

TeaScape has a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. In the case that you are not able to make your appointment, please call to cancel as soon as possible. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours with notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. Any no-call, no-show clients will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. As our practitioners are commission-based, we feel this is a fair and competitive policy.

Gratuities

 

Although not required, the industry standard is 15-20% gratuity and is a lovely way to show your appreciation. It is also extremely beneficial to your therapist to leave a review of your experience.

 

 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We do not currently offer returns on Gift Certificates or tea. Unopened/unused retail products may be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase.
