NEW PROTOCOLS AND POLICIES
TeaScape is dedicated to keeping our staff and clients as safe as possible. In order to do so, we have implemented new appointment procedures.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
No Walk-In appointments. All appointments must be made online or via phone.
New COVID-19 waiver and questionnaire are required to proceed with your appointment. These will be presented to you at your time of booking.
The massage clinic will have limited hours and staff. We have left it to the discretion of each therapist when they would like to begin seeing clients. Some will NOT be taking new clients. Please call to learn what your individual therapist's changes are, and when they are coming back to TeaScape.
We will not have a waiting area. Clients are required to wait outside or in their vehicles until their therapist is ready to take them to a treatment room. Please call to let us know you have arrived.
Temperatures will be taken before you enter the building with a contactless thermometer. Any person with a temperature over 100.3 degrees F will be required to reschedule their appointment.
You will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the building. You will have to wear a mask during your massage treatment. This is a state requirement. We will have a limited number of masks for purchase.
You will be asked to sanitize your hands before going into the treatment room. Each room will have sanitizer as well.
NEW ROOM CHANGES
All linens are stored in airtight containers. We have extra time between clients for new cleaning protocols. Our appointments are staggered to minimize the number of people in the building at once.
The teahouse is currently closed for renovations. You will only have access to the main tea room to use the bathroom. We will have tea to-go for purchase available after your appointments. We are not able to provide beverages of any kind during your time at TeaScape. Thank you for understanding.
Note: We are implementing A LOT of changes all at once. This is all new for us too. We are here to answer questions and appreciate any feedback or creative solutions to any issues that may come up for you. We appreciate your patience and support during this time. It may feel clumsy at first, but we are dedicated to minimizing any risk of transmission.
