TeaScape is dedicated to keeping our staff and clients as safe as possible. In order to do so, we have implemented new appointment procedures. 


  • No Walk-In appointments. All appointments must be made online or via phone.

  • A new COVID-19 waiver and questionnaire are required to proceed with your appointment. These will be presented to you at your time of booking.

  • We have left it to the discretion of each therapist when they would like to begin seeing clients. Some will NOT be taking new clients. Please call or subscribe to our newsletter to learn what your individual therapist's changes are, and when they are coming back to TeaScape.


  • We will not have a waiting area. Clients are required to wait outside or in their vehicles until their therapist is ready to take them to a treatment room. Please call to let us know you have arrived.

  • Temperatures will be taken before you enter the building with a contactless thermometer. Any person with a temperature over 100.3 degrees F will be required to reschedule their appointment.

  • We are asking all clients to wash their hands prior to their appointment.

  • You will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the building. You will have to wear a mask during your massage treatment. This is a county requirement. We will have a limited number of masks for purchase.

  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands before going into the treatment room. Each room will have sanitizer as well.


All linens are stored in airtight containers. We have extra time between clients for new cleaning protocols. Our appointments are staggered to minimize the number of people in the building at once. Each room has its own medical-grade HEPA filter. We also have a filter in our breakroom and tea room.


  • The teahouse is currently closed until Phase 2. We are not able to provide beverages of any kind during your time at TeaScape. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle. Thank you for understanding.
